  13. Right, to get a different disk icon to appear when you insert a 'bad' disk
  14. into the drive...  (Well it`s nice when I`m using PC0: and DF0: is of course
  15. not recognised)

  17. 1) Load icon edit
  18. 2) Design your disk... (Or adapt the default one - select type to disk
  19.                         and hit new)
  20. 3) Save your disk as default
  21. 4) Go to shell
  22. 5) type:         cd envarc:sys
  23. 6) type:         copy def_disk.info def_kick.info
  24. 7) load your favourite binary file editor...
  25.    for me:    zap def_kick.info
  26. 8) Change offset $30 to 7  (It is currently 1)
  27. 9) Reboot and insert a 'duff' disk and watch the correct icon appear.
